FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OF $100+
Please note all items will be shipped within 2-3 days and that does not account for shipping time. We cannot control any issues with delays once your order is shipped out. If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to themoodyjune@gmail.com.
The Moody June is not responsible for any stolen packages. If this problem should arise, please reach out to the postal carrier for resolution. Please double check your mailing address as we do not hold any liability should your package be lost due to incorrect address. The Moody June is not responsible for any import fees. The customer is responsible for any import fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
All purchases prior to February 12, 2025 will be refunded as STORE CREDIT.
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 12, 2025
ONLINE RETURNS - All online returns must be received 10 days after date of delivery. Online returns will be refunded to original payment method minus a 5% restocking fee. Shipping is not eligible for return. All returns must meet eligibility (see return eligibility).
POP-UP RETURNS- All pop-up returns are only eligible for STORE CREDIT. All pop-up returns must be received 10 days from date of purchase. Returns can be mailed in or brought to another pop-up location. All returns must meet eligibility (see return eligibility).
SEASONAL (HOLIDAY) ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
Return Shipping
Please email themoodyjune@gmail.com for return address and let us know why you are returning your item! Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer; a return shipping label will not be provided.
What is your exchange policy?
If you need to exchange for a different size, please email themoodyjune@gmail.com and let us know! Please include order number and what size you need to exchange for. Once item is received and meets eligibility, your exchange will be sent out! All exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (ex. no self tanner on item, no perfume scent, no deodorant stains, etc.)
- The item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Please look for FINAL SALE when purchasing.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

What if my item came damaged?
Please email themoodyjune@gmail.com within 48 hours of package delivery and we will be happy to exchange for a new item!
